Turnaround Time
Once your order is placed, our turnaround time is 2 weeks. If your order is needed within 10 days or less a rush fee will be applied according to the date needed.
Proofs
We do our best to make sure all content is spelled correctly and grammatically correct, however in the process of proofing and approving your design we ask that you please be diligent at making sure all content is spelled correctly to your liking and that there are no errors.
Shipping
Once your item has shipped, EVG is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages.
Cancellations & Refunds
We do not provide refunds. Store credit may be applied if cancellation is done within 48 hours of booking. If the 48-hour period has passed amount paid is non-creditable, at owners discretion. Orders/bookings placed or made within 14 days or less of event date are not eligible for store credit if cancelled prior to the event date.
